(Technology Preview) To Apply a Vertical 2D Constraint

Select the Vertical 2D Constraint tool ( Drawing > Constraints > 2D ).
Select the element or segment you wish to change. The selected entity or segment is now set to the direction of the y-axis of ACS Triad.
